About us

We have been making the Signature Bears for over twenty years now. Our children still have their birth bears, complete with lovely messages left by family and friends, some of whom are no longer with us, which makes the bears extra special.

We are based in Ipswich, Suffolk so if you are local to us, then any order can be collected to save on postage costs. Alternatively, for a small fee, we can drop your order off to you if you are within a 10 mile radius of Ipswich.  We will always send photos to you of the finished bear so that you can approve it before despatch.  If you want something in particular added, just ask!  We can usually come up with something to suit your needs.

It should be noted that all products are designed as ornaments only, not as toys.  They are not suitable for young children due to detachable parts.
The lead time from time of order is usually two to four weeks.
